Obituary

Stephen "Steve" J. Moberly 77 of Pasco, WA passed away August 5, 2023. He was born August 30, 1945, in Baker City, OR to Joe and Cora Moberly. Stephen served in the Vietnam War back in the 1960's. He then moved to the Tri-Cities in 1968 shortly after he was done with his service in the Amy. Steve married the love of his life Joy Moberly on November 21, 1983. He enjoyed watching Westerns, fiddling with tools, but he especially loved having coffee while visiting with people at Andy's and always joking with folks, he drove trucks for 30 plus years then he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic until he retired. He was a workaholic. Steve is survived by his wife Joy Moberly, his daughter Falicia Moberly both in Pasco, WA, his stepdaughter Darlene Driscoll in Index, WA, his brothers Douglas Moberly in Miami, OK and Dan Moberly in Hermiston, OR. He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Cota Moberly, his grandparents Roy and Lela Speelman and his sister Claudia Allen.
