Sylvia Rosa Sot, 60, of Pasco, WA passed away on May 2, 2024. She was born October 22, 1963, in Rio Grande City, TX to Flora Ella Chapa and Manuel Chapa. Sylvia married the love of her life Daniel Soto in 1980 with whom she raised her children. Sylvia has been a resident of the Tri-Cities for 43 years where she was a stay-at-home mom. She loved to spend time and take care of her family, she also enjoyed playing Paco and Bingo. Sylvia is survived by her husband Daniel M. Soto, her children Daniel S. Soto, Debbie A. Soto, Michael R. Soto, Ricardo L. Soto her son in law Rosendo Perez, her daughter in law Sully Soto, her grandchildren Israel Perez, Lexie Perez, Rosendo Perez, Emmanuel Perez, Danny Soto, Max Soto, Elijah Ray Soto, Azariah Soto, David Soto and Melanie Soto. Also, by her sisters Flora Uribe, Guadalupe Avina, Maria I. Chapa, Concepcion Chapa and Gregorio Chapa. She is preceded in death by David N. Soto, Flora Ella Chapa, Manuel Chapa, Juan M. Chapa, and Maria E. Chapa.
