Todd Stiens passed away September 6, 2017 at the age of 50. He was born in Kennewick Washington May 25, 1967 at Kennewick General Hospital. He is survived by his mother, Pauline Haren from Vancouver, three sisters, Paulette Kiernan from Vancouver, Sandy Cerna from Kennewick and Pennie Clark from Lacy and one brother, Tim Stiens from Moses Lake. He also has many nieces and nephews across the state. Todd graduated from High School in Burbank in 1985, he continued to Perry Institute in Yakima to become a Journeyman Electrician. He went to Alaska to work for a year and then returned home before eventually traveling abroad to work at embassies in four different countries. Todd's hobbies were his refurbished 1975 Chevy Nova, travel and collecting art from his travels. Todd was always loved and will be missed by all of his family and friends.
