Blaze Titus with his wife Adrianna founded Hillcrest Memorial Center in 2005 at the Kennewick location. Their goal was to provide families with affordable funeral options in a comfortable setting. In 2006, they added Bruce Lee Funeral Home in Pasco then later the Funeral Home on 24th as well as Columbia River Gardens Cemetery. After 30 years in the funeral home business—18 of which were developing Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation—Blaze and Adrianna Titus decided it was time to retire to spend more time with family, pursue other passions, and participate in a mission.

Einan’s at Sunset added Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation to the Einan’s family of funeral homes serving the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas in September 2024. While the funeral homes adopted new names—Einan’s at Hillcrest – Kennewick and Einan’s at Hillcrest – Pasco—their teams offer the same exceptional service with affordable pricing.

While the teams at all three Einan’s branches provide exceptional service, the differences help the team create the right experience for each family. Einan’s at Sunset—the flagship, modern branch in Richland—offers premier services, multiple on-site venue options, and state of the art props and audio/visual support.

Families choosing the Einan’s at Hillcrest – Kennewick branch will appreciate an intimate setting focused on tradition, and Einan’s at Hillcrest – Pasco gives families spacious areas for gathering to celebrate the life of a loved one. We’ve maintained the affordability at both Einan’s at Hillcrest branches and continue to seek opportunities to enhance the strengths of these two branches. For example, Einan’s at Hillcrest – Pasco is recognized by the Mexican Consulate for the team’s expertise in international shipouts.
