Holley Sowards

Director of Operations

Holley is a passionate leader, community advocate, and experienced customer service professional, born and raised in the Tri-Cities. A graduate of Washington State University (WSU) Vancouver, Holley earned her Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in management, operations, human resources, and finance. She is also a proud alum of Leadership Tri-Cities Class XVIII, where she honed her leadership skills and commitment to service.

Coming from a family with an entrepreneurial spirit, Holley learned the value of exceptional customer service early on. This background has driven her to continually seek innovative ways to enhance the experience for families visiting the Sunset Gardens Group of Companies, where she serves as a dedicated leader.

With over 22 years of customer service experience, Holley is deeply passionate about serving her community. In addition to her professional endeavors, she and her husband founded the Fallen Rider Fund, a non-profit dedicated to promoting road safety, uniting communities, and providing support to the families of fallen and injured riders. The fund has been passed on to a dedicated group of volunteers who are carrying the mission forward with great impact. Holley has also volunteered with numerous service organizations, including her beloved role in the Beggars Banquet Soup Competition that supported Safe Harbor/My Friends Place.

Holley has been an active member of the Washington Cemetery, Cremation, and Funeral Association (WCCFA) and served 8 years on the Board. For over a decade, Holley has led the team at Einan’s, where she has found her true calling—helping families navigate the toughest moments of their lives. She is passionate about providing a healing environment where each family’s experience is unique and personal.

The work of guiding others through grief is undeniably challenging, but for Holley, there is no greater reward than knowing that her team's efforts have made a meaningful difference in someone’s life during their most difficult days.

Lupe Buenaventura

Accountant/Bookkeeper

Hi, my name is Guadalupe Buenaventura but I go by Lupe. I was born and raised in Omak WA. In 2001 my parents decided to move to Pasco due to better job opportunities. I graduated High School in 2007 and went to CBC for a few trimesters. I also took a college course and obtained a computerized office specialist certificate. While taking this course I realized that I loved numbers, and solving problems, so I began in search of an accounting position. I was hired at Tyson as an Accounting Clerk, and I invested 5 years with them. During that time, I gained so much knowledge in accounting that I knew this was the career path for me. Since then, I have had a passion for accounting, and this is what brought me to Einan’s. Today I am the accountant/bookkeeper for Einan’s, CODA, and CCS. I am where I am today due to my hard work and dedication. I like to strive in everything I do, and I think the best way to grow and learn is from your errors and mistakes. I strongly believe in serving no matter what it is you do, and I do everything with respect, honesty, and integrity. I have two amazing kids and love to take family trips and go on some random adventures. On weekends I serve at my local church and lead a small life group. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, and journaling. I am so grateful to be a part of Einan’s and to work aside a team that has such a compassion and caring heart for families.
